The development of digital technology influences on the music industry radically on the internet time. The Phonogram and Videogram Producers have to transfer into digital modality. New competition elements penetrate, such as Online-music Operator, the Service Provider(SP), and the Terminal Facilities Producer, go into the industry . Even the Mobile Operator would like to lead the development of the music industry by the music digital operation. There are gambling and amalgamation among groups for the increasing future of digital music. But pirate is the stubborn disease in Chinese music market all the while. The internet technologies such as searching and P2P are developing and making internet pirate overrun simultaneity,even to redefine copyright law connotation. Protecting the digital copyright faces many difficulties. Though it gains some profit from Color Ring, better business models that really benefit from authorship's whole song still need to research after practice.By the innovation thought of Meso-scopic Approach to Business Models, making use of perfect business models and its thought which were explored before, relating to the inherent developing laws in digital music industry, focus on the core value-claiming of digital music industry, we could research form of the business models innovation of digital music.
