The Research On Cultivation Mechanism Of Endogenous Technological Capabilities

In the era of knowledge economy, more and more enterprises have recognized that competitive advantage depends on the development of technological capability and the research of technological capability has attracted the attention of many researchers. After reading many articles written by domestic and overseas scholars , this paper will discuss from a new point, that is , endogenous technological capability.The paper begin with the review of the past research about enterprise technological capability, considering the real situation of Chinese enterprise , then put forward the main purpose of this paper and topic - research on the cultivation mechanism of endogenous technological capability in enterprise. After that, the paper put forward the definition of endogenous technological capability and the appraisal index. Upon the study of many cases , the paper concluded four main models which are widely used nowadays to develop endogenous capability by enterprise, as follows: talent convergence, core technology expansion,acquisition & integration, self-innovation. Because the main purpose of this paper is to introduce the ways to improve enterprise technological capability , in the Chapter Four, the paper systematically analyse the efficient ways to cultivate, integrate technological capability and the eternal relevant environment . Finally the paper reveal the current situation and problem of the endogenous capability in Chinese enterprise, and both from the macroscopical and microcosmic perspective to find the targeted suggestions.
