During the time that human society enters into the 21st century, the development of economy appears an evident tendency. With the high-tech information as a leading, the growth-up of new industry promotes an unprecedented revolution in the realm of economy. Knowledge not only performs as the direct drive of economy in this revolution, but also rises a new era. This is the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge economy is the economy based on knowledge, and knowledge plays an irreplaceable role in knowledge economy. The importance of economy makes the carrier of knowledge– talent prominent. So in the era of knowledge economy, the human resource management is the chief problem that oil enterprise wanting to stand in the fierce market competition has to deal with.This thesis introduces the rise of knowledge economy, its basic feature, human resource management's different developing period and its feature. And the thesis summarizes the requirement of human resource management in the new era from the aspect of human resource management's developing trend in the era of knowledge economy, the illumination of knowledge economy to human resource management, the aim of human resource management in the era of knowledge economy, and the regulation of human resource management in the era of knowledge economy. It analyzes the oil enterprise human resource management's mechanism status. The principal part of human resource management in the era of knowledge economy is the knowledgeable personnel. According to this feature, this thesis analyzes the oil enterprise knowledgeable personnel's management status, the oil enterprise's cultivation of talent, the motivation mechanism status and the deficiencies existing. Aiming at the oil enterprise's human resource management status, this thesis putsforward the countermeasure and the proposal of oil enterprise's human resource management in the era of knowledge economy. By uniting the reality of inland large oil enterprise--- Da Qing Oil Field Company, the thesis makes some research on the policy of human resource management during the era of knowledge economy.
