This thesis studies how to apply the supply chain theories in the logistics of Beijing Olympic Games mainly. The Olympics logistics is complicated system engineering. In order to carry out the efficient operation of Olympics logistics system, it is not only need to optimize the configuration of Olympics logistics, but also need the management of supply chain constituted by suppliers and producers. However, the integrality and performance evaluation of the whole Olympics supply chain are not involved in current study.Firstly, the conception of supply chain, SCOR model, the third square logistics etc. theories and the huge function in the logistics of modern information technique are introduced. But the experience and operation mode of Olympics logistics are concluded based on the analysis of logistics organization and operation of the successive Olympic Games (Atlanta, Sydney and Athens). Combining the analysis of the need characteristics of Beijing Olympics logistics and currency of Beijing logistics industry, the operation mode of Beijing Olympics is explored; the target and strategy of Beijing Olympics logistics are put forward. Through analysis of the network structure and the core process of Beijing Olympics supply chain, the system model of the Olympics logistics supply chain is built, the function of model piece is elaborated in detail, and supply chain plan system, safe mechanism and green mechanism are emphasized. Finally, the explorations about performance evaluation system of Beijing Olympics supply chain and evaluation indicator system. The performance evaluation system is built using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method and Analytic Hierarchy Process method.
