Countermeasure Research And EIA Of The 8～(th) Project Of Baoding Co-generation Power Plant

This paper analysed EIA of the 8th project of Baoding co-generation Power Plant from air, water, noise, waste and inside environment of plant. For being short of water resources in Baoding region, this paper analysed environment of water of the 8th project. By consulting experts, observing in the field and considering the feasibility of quantitative evaluation,"the index system of EIA of the 8th project of Baoding plant"has been established.To analysis EIA of the 8th project of Baoding plant, this paper used the methods of improved grey relational and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Based on the results of the assessment, this paper put forward to measures of pollution prevention and advising of feasibility. This paper put forward to new analysis and evaluation methods about EIA of Power construction project, and the 8th project of Baoding Plant can used the conclusion. So this paper has practical significance.
