The Research Of The Integrative Management And Marketable Approach For The Water Industry In Nan Jing

Water industry, as the important part of half-profited public utility, is becoming concerned. This is because on the one hand, water is indispensable to the common people, and the lack of water resource and water pollution is becoming more serious, on the other hand, the deficiency on the management and marketable mechanism restricts the further development of water industry.Based on the current situation and background, my thesis will focus on the research of the integrative management and marketable approach for the water industry, the emphasis is on how to introduce into the competitive mechanism in order to improve the efficiency, and the key is pricing mechanism and multiple financing..The main research method of my thesis includes the theoretic research combined with practical example analysis, comparative research, qualitative analysis combined with quantitative research, and etc. The 3rd and 4th chapter is the main content, during the two chapters the thesis respectively studied and introduced the integrative management of water management of water industry, the marketable mechanism of water industry and the domestic and foreign model of water management. Whatever the management thoughts are, they must be carried out in the business practices, the 6th chapter presents the overall solution scheme which includes the whole design, financing and pricing system based on the above-mentioned research.Furthermore, the part of the research result of my thesis has been carried out in Urban Construction Group in Nanjing.
