| With the development of urban utilities and tourism,hotels industry has become an important feature of scale and image of a city. As the intersect field of urban planning and recreation,the development level and spacial distribution of star-hotel industry has been the study of urban development and tourism research.This article searched the characteristics of the distribution and formation of star-hotel industry in shanghai following prediction and proposal of the future on the basis of data statistics and referrence of international cities.Firstly, this article pointed out four characterisics of star-hotel industry in shanghai:high index of centralization,decrease with round-urban traffic line,assembly to roadway and developed district and differentiation of star-hotel structure.Secondly, this article indicated the features that influence present characteristics including commerce in the city,landrent,tourism function,aggregation effect and lead of urban planning,etc. through field survey and data analysis.New trends will appear including balanced distribution in urban and surban,evolving along freshwater and expo in 2010,getting close to local community and new urban block with the influence of factors in the following years.Therefore,shanghai should make so great effort to accelerate the development of rural tourism ,recreational facilities as well as CBD in city and strengthen location administration of investment to star-hotel that optimized distribution will come forth. |
