With the fast development of modern technology and economic globalization, the key to win competition among enterprises is talented staff. The qualities of managerial staff can be improved through scientific and effective training, so is the core competence of the enterprises. The success of the enterprise is up to the comprehensive quality of managerial staff. In order to accelerate the development of the enterprise, we should put much emphasis on the training of managerial staff. In recent years, more and more Chinese companies realize the importance of the training of the managerial staff. Based on the excellent methods of training that foreign companies used, Chinese firms begin to find effective ways to enrich the managerial staff's expertise and their administrative skills. The training evaluation is one of the essential parts of the training system. We can recognize each managerial staff's contribution to the team, and learn the training performance form the evaluation reports with data and how the training acts on their own development.This paper analyses the existing evaluation methods comparatively, then introduces the contents and steps of the training evaluation method of managerial staff, uses this method to evaluate a training item and draws the evaluating conclusions which proves the adaptability and reality of the managerial staff's training evaluation method.
