Research On Training Effectiveness Evaluation Of Managerial Staff In Forestry Industry

Training is a vital content in human resources management. The implementation ofscientiifc and effective training can improve the overall quality and capacity of staff. Trainingeffectiveness evaluation is the important measure used to test the effectiveness and quality oftraining. Through evaluating the existing problems in the training can be found so that trainingcan be improved and perfected. Training effectiveness evaluation is an indispensable necessarylink of training，however，it is also the weakest link，behind the footsteps of the entire training.Firstly, this thesis reviews the theory and research of training effectiveness evaluation.Secondly, through analyzing the current situation of training and training effectiveness evaluation,this thesis points out that there are some problems in training effectiveness evaluation of themanagerial staff in forestry industry. Thirdly, based on Kirkpatrick four-level training evaluationmodel, according to certain design ideas and pirnciples, this study selects indicators and reifnesthem. The research methods this paper uses are both qualitative study and quantitative study.Obtained weight of each index through the use of AHP, combining comprehensive evaluationmethod, an overall assessment of the results can be got. Lastly, by an empirical analysis of thecase，it proves the practicality and feasibility of the aforementioned index system. Moreover, itanalyses the evaluation results and suggests the future improvement of training. I hope it canprovide some reference value on the theory and practice for training effectiveness evaluation ofmanagerial staff in forestry industry.
