| This dissertation quoted the conception of express delivery service. The private enterprises in express delivery service was born in early 1990s, and developed rapidly since then with their strong competence in China. There are some differences between core competence and competitive advantage, such as uniqueness and continuance. In express delivery service, private enterprises, MNE and EMS have their own strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats. After the SWOT analysis of private enterprises, this article got near to the competitiveness of them. In the end, the competitive stratagem for the private enterprises was suggested. At present, related law and policy in China is still ambiguous. What's more, there are no authoritative data in express delivery service industry. So that it can be studied further in the future. |
