Research On Industrial Clusters Competitiveness Of The Private Enterprises In Zhejiang

Reform and opening up promotes the private economy in Zhejiang's economic take-off, Zhejiang private enterprises has formed a developped model that have their own characteristics and atmosphere with the corporate culture of Zhejiang through hard working. And the cluster model is the most common regional business model. The world economy is showing a new situation contrast to the past, many empirical studies have shown that business clusters has become a new driving force to promote regional economic development. The integration organizations can reduce the diseconomies of scale brought by the associated business integration, but also to some extent share the economic scales, transaction costs reduction, spreading trading risk. Zhejiang's "cluster" is the most characteristic of Chinese local business cluster model, based on the perspective of the competitiveness of enterprise clusters, through analyzing the advantages and constraints of private enterprises development in Zhejiang, we try to identify the gap between enterprises clusters in Zhejiang and international business clusters, and aim at enhancing the competitiveness of Zhejiang enterprises clusters. I believe that will let the enterprises cluster play a fully role in promoting economic development and improve the international competitiveness of enterprises in Zhejiang, that will be of great practical significance. Therefore, this article from the perspective of the industrial clusters development to research the Zhejiang private enterprises cluster competitiveness. This study not only has a certain significance about industrial clusters developping in new situation, but also helps the regulatory authorities to establish appropriate policies.Chapter 1 is the introduction, we will present the context and significance of this article, and also the articles'structure.Chapter 2 is the overview introduction of the development of private enterprises industrial clusters in Zhejiang. First, presenting the definition and theory of industrial clusters competitiveness. Based on this, we introduce the status of the development of private enterprises and industrial clusters in Zhejiang Province. Then, in Chapter 2 Section 3, we will analysis the advantages of private enterprises industrial clusters development in Zhejiang, and point out the advantage of industrial clusters and the favorable conditions in developping private enterprises in Zhejiang.Chapter 3 analyses the factors that constraint the private enterprises industry cluster development in Zhejiang. according to the current development of private enterprises, this paper argues that most private enterprises in Zhejiang are labor-intensive enterprises, so the overall scientific and technological innovation is much lower; the laggard authoritarian management style and personnel management systems resulting a "bottleneck", it is difficult for the human resources to create a fair environment for competition and growth; small-scale enterprises have not yet achieved economic scale, industrial structure exists a clear tendency of low-end; the lack of luxury goods and well knowen goods led to a weak brand effect; the problem of corporate finance has been an obstacle to the development of private enterprises in Zhejiang.Chapter 4 is a case study, Datang is the largest sock production base,sales base and export base. This paper selects Zhuji Datang Hosiery clusters as specific object for studying, and use SWOT model to analyze the industry cluster strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, and based on Zhuji Datang's competitiveness give a comprehensive analysis and judgments about industrial clusters.Chapter 5 will propose the countermeasures on enhancing the competitiveness of industrial clusters based on the analysis of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province. This paper argues that, in ordrer to enhance the competitiveness of industrial clusters in Zhejiang Province, we should focus on technology-driven production, improve the management system and vigorously develop human resources, expand the scale to enhance their core competitiveness, strengthen brand building, by deeping the financial system innovation, promoting the credit system, expanding investment and financing channels to solve the problem of financing private enterprises in Zhejiang.
