The Visitor Satisfaction Research Of Recreational Orchard In The Suburb Of Beijing

Recreational fruit industry is an important component of agro-tourism, the recreational fruit industry of Beijing suburb is placed on the fast developing and exploring stage. It is a new industry combining fruit production and tourism industry. Research on visitor satisfaction of recreational orchard is the key factor. Presently, the research on agro-tourism just relate to the qualitative analysis and description in the mainland. In this background, this research adopts various methods such as questionnaire investigation, field work, etc., and using SPSS13.0 to analyse. The thesis has carried on systematic study on the visitor satisfaction theory, measuring technique and statistics analysis of recreational orchard in the Beijing suburb for the first time, which offer the method and strategy for the management of recreational orchard.Based upon a systematic review of the latest achievements in the research on visitor satisfaction and recreational orchard, the thesis draw up a primary tourist satisfaction measurement index system for the recreational orchard. Next, used the questionnaire and field work to amend the former system and establish the amendatory tourist satisfaction measurement index system for the recreational orchard. Then, used the questionnairee to find out the tourist' opinion on the importance of indicator, applied factor analysis to conclude new eight sub-themes. Sequentially, the system is used to measure tourist satisfaction in the creational orchard of Beijing suburb. Finally, the research attempts offer some effective measures to heighten tourist satisfaction with recreational orchard.
