Social Accounting Matrix' Designing And Extending For Forest In Beijing In 2003

With the development of Beijing economy in recent years, the domestic living level got biggest of exaltation. But, how the government establishes the policy leading economy continues good development, excellently turning Industrial structure, and bitterly satisfying everybody inside the economy, is current primary problem to deal with. The contact of every kind of economic activities extends continuously with deepen, the exterior politics and economic environment's variety is increasingly extensive to economic influence in Beijing. Therefore, it needs a quantitative analysis tool to reflect each economic corpus sophisticating contact, to analyze how various policy measures influence Beijing economy, society. That's exactly what Social Accounting Matrix can do.This paper established the Social Accounting Matrix for forest in Beijing in 2003, and tried to extend it in resource and environment region. The main contens in the paper are the basic method of making out the Social Accounting Matrix, the design of province region Social Accounting Matrix accounts, the making out and its balance of Social Accounting Matrix of Beijing and the extending of Social Accounting Matrix in resource and environment region etc. Finally, some suggestions have been given based on the shortage in this research in this paper.
