With economic development, ecological environmental problems has become increasingly acute, and environmental protection has also been taken great attention. Due to that fact, under-forest economy has become one of the most hot topics of economy study in China. However, environmental and other impacts of under-forest economy haven’t gotten enough publicity. The current literatures on under-forest economy focus more on theories than practice, more qualitative than quantitative, etc. Therefore, we need to study further on the field.The object of the study is under-forest economy in Beijing, mainly about planting edible fungus under forests. The study respectively analysis economic, environmental and social impacts of under-forest economy. Through questionnaire and field investigation, statistical methods were used to analyse the results of under-forest economy in the study. The main conclusions are as follows, firstly, the economic benefits of under-forest economic projects were positive, market demand and yield were important factors in determining NPV, while price subsidy has limited influence. Secondly, environmental impact of under-forest economy was not clear, but employment opportunities have been increased and the building of infrastructure has been strengthened. Thirdly, consideration must be given to all the economic, environmental and social influences of under-forest economic projects, biased towards anyone would cause un-sustainability.The innovation of this study were as follows, firstly, the study compensated defects of previous literatures which emphasized more on macro than micro research by field survey and questionnaire investigation. Secondly, quantitative methods were used to analyze environmental and social influences of under-forest economy, as well as the prominent factors which caused those influences. Thirdly, analysis hierarchy process was applied to give a comprehensive evaluation of under-forest economy, and managed to conclude some beneficial results.
