Theory And Management Based On Cost Control In Fengcheng Power Plant

Cost control is an important part of power generation's business management because electric power has no differences as a special commodity. At present, the cost control is on conventional stage and related to single enterprise. However, with increasingly serious competition in the market, the cost methods of traditional management has been unable to meet demand in the competition of electric power market. Therefore, this thesis studying the strategic cost control of Fengcheng Power Plant is of a certain academic value and strong practical significance.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the mutual relations between strategic cost control and the competition of power plants;Secondly, this thesis points out the problems that exist in the cost control of Fengcheng Power Plant with the current situation;Then we study SWOT analysis and so on in cost control of Fengcheng Power Plant, put forward a method of cost accounting of power plant, and construct strategic performance evaluation system of cost control. At last, we propose couter measures to improve the strategic cost control.
