The Study On The Construction Of Electric Power Enterprise Performance Evaluation Index System

As the core content of performance management, the performance evaluation index system is the carrier of implementing and supporting the enterprise strategy. It is the first problem to construct a scientific and practical performance evaluation index system for electric power enterprise implementing performance management.The author was inspired from researching the literature and the historical evolution of electric power enterprise enhancing the achievements, had the deeper level understanding to the present quite popular methods on constructing performance evaluation index system, proposed the new idea that construct"organizaion, department, personal"trinity performance evaluation index system guided by strategy. Under this idea instruction, it constructed a three level performance evaluation index system of"enterprise, department, personal"for electric power enterprise and apply it to a thermal power plant. It is real important for electric power enterprise implementing performance management.
