Research On The Planning And Reform Of Harbin City Distribution Network

Comparing with developed countries, the developing level of distribution system in Harbin is very low, and the high power loss is another key problem. Through the urban distribution network reconstruction, not only much economic profit can be acquired, but it also benefits for the electricity quality and operation reliability of distribution system. The planning of distribution network is the base of the urban distribution network reconstruction. Only based on appropriate structure of distribution network, the targets to reduce the power loss, and improve the electricity quality and reliability of distribution system can be realized by the distribution automation and management system. This thesis discussed the planning methods of urban distribution system guided by the key problem in the practical project, with the emphasis on both practice and theory, the implementation of these methods would be useful for the planning of the distribution system.After a brief review of present status of the distribution system in China and different planning model in references, the thesis discussed and the urban electric network planning-design Harbin according to the actual features of distribution network and the author's practical experience, and made a supplement to the criterion. A detailed planning rules and regulations for distribution system are presented. Based on these items, the distribution networks optimal scheme of Harbin electric power bureau is proposed.
