| Today, project bidding is often recognized as a primary method in power industry material. Bidding-evaluation and Bidding-decision are often accepted as the key points in the bidding process. A successful bidding is directly caused by a scientific bidding-evaluation method. This paper mainly focuses on the method of power industry material bidding from a practical point of view. It intends to analyze the main national evaluation method and the present situation of the power industry material bidding. With the AHP method, the evaluation index system is set up. The comparative weight of the indexes is determined. Under the comprehensive fuzzy, the uncertainty resulted from the difference in evaluating the bidders solved. It makes evaluation more objective and comprehensive. |
