Architecture industry's development gives the industry of building material new opportunities. As the main force of building material, The medium and small-sized enterprises should catch hold of this chance to get more development. At the same time, we are aware of that the trend of the industry of building material is developing green building material. So the medium and small-sized enterprises have no choice but follow the tendency. Only in this way can they have a bright future.Firstly, this article wants to express the necessity of the medium and small-scale enterprises to develop green building materials in analysis of the theory and experience of the green building materials development, on the basis of the development of the building materials, and existence and characteristic of the medium and small-scale building materials enterprises in China. Secondly, we analyze the policy which the country uses to encourage them to develop green building materials and the superiority of them which arise from the characters of themselves. Then we analyze the strategy tier of the medium and small-sized enterprises and conclude that they should take a focus on one point strategy to develop green building materials.This article wants to discuss the way how medium and small-sized enterprises take a focus on one point strategy to develop green building materials as the example of Rongxian Green Grain Factory' developing thoughts and process.
