Today, the human resources system is constantly improving, but the asymmetry of information in recruitment is still existing largely , with serious impact on the effectiveness of recruitment.This article firstly explains essence reason for off balance of information in the employment advertise with "the iceberg model". Then the article carries on key analysis on the main reasons for off balance of information in the employment advertise. For example, the lies of candidates in off balance of information in the employment advertise, impression management of the application, and testing in candidates - organization values congruence is not enough and so on. Then it also proposes the corresponding solution:It points out using the psychology knowledge that interviewing officers should distinguishes the lies in the employment advertise from two aspects: applicant's language content and carriage language, and it also does research in the confirmation of lies and the ideas how to reduce the motivation to lie.In view of the impression management, it carries on the impression management as an independent ability for inspection in employment advertise, just for more objective analysis on applicant's other viewpoints of performance in interview. And it also proposes methods of quantifying impression management with "the improved CTT" and "the Rasch model".In view of the present situation of employment advertise in which Person -organization values is not congruent, measures are proposed to quantify the degree of candidates - organization values congruence, combined with psychological testing, interviews and other supplementary measures, thus to realize candidates - organization values congruence.
