A profession of Engineering Cost Consultation is an emerging industry based on the very enterprise which is a medium belonging to economic certification, and the enterprise can be run in the scope that the "Certification for Organizations of Engineering Cost Consultation" permits. Moreover, such profession is burgeoning in China recently and plays positive functions in such the fields as socialism construction, economic order maintenance and government's function transformation. Socialism market economy's developing and investment system reformation's deepening lead it, an essential part of market service system, to a prosperous future.Basing on the above-mentioned, the dissertation analyzes the competition strategy of Shandong Ruihua Engineering Cost Consultation Co., Ltd. (Shandong Ruihua) which was directed by Michel Porter's theory on competition strategy and adopted methods of PEST analysis, 5-competitive force analysis and SWOT analysis, i.e., concentrated competition strategy, and consequently promotes protecting measures of competition strategy.Shandong Ruihua is a newly-founded enterprise with a certification of grade A issued by the Ministry of Construction P.R.C.. It makes Shandong Province as its main business region. In this dissertation, it is considered that the Shandong Ruihua has so many advantages in localization, management, technology and has an exclusive resource of clients that could promise itself a future of being top one among others. Shandong Ruihua has its strategy explained in the following details: 1. focusing on the projects invested by government and powerful enterprises; 2. focusing on the balance-audit and track-audit; 3. Standardizing payment and improving service. In order to make the concentrated competition strategy work appropriately, Shandong Ruiha adopts protecting measures as following: to create a management mode with clients as core, to enhance human resource for consultation works, to establish a model of "quality-culture-brand", and to seek strategic alliance to bridge the gap. And then taking the advantage of IT to focus on the tendency of policy and adjust the combination of products in time.By a thorough analysis on the resource and capacity for Shandong Ruihua and the situation it faced, the dissertation mainly discusses the competition strategy that the company should adopt and hope to be any significance to other companies.
