A Study On City Commercial Bank's Remuneration Management System Innovation

Introduce severaldecisive factors of the remuneration and remuneration diagnosis at first, and then it hasconfirmed the basic principle that the remuneration is designed, and then it analyzes thebasic procedure of the remuneration design in detail. Through the compare and studyingon remuneration system of internal and external in the article, it introduces respectivelyremuneration system of bank of China, Japan, U.S.A. and Singapore, and the advantageof the foreign banks is worth studying. At last in the article, through the case of a citycommercial bank, it analyzes status and problem of remuneration management of thecommercial bank, and expounds the whole ideas of remuneration innovation on citycommercial bank. It should carry on preparations in various fields before theremuneration reform, and discusses how to construct the manifold remuneration systemon city commercial bank.
