With the fast development of the commercial bank of our country and pouring ofthe foreign bank, floating of professionals among the banks is frequent day by day, howto attract and retain staff, become the focus that every bank pay close attention. Set upone set of reasonable and competitive remuneration system, and it can arouse fully staffwork enthusiasm, which is the key to solving this problem.The thesis divides into five parts.First in the article, through the brief review on our country remuneration system,the core studying problem of the thesis is remuneration management system'sinnovation on city commercial bank. In the second, through analyzing the concept andcharacter of city commercial bank, it makes brief review on city commercial bank'sphylogeny. And then, through the investigation of the theoretical foundation of theremuneration, we know the remuneration have a long-standing history. In differenthistorical periods and different developing stage, the theory of remuneration has a worldof difference. Especially in modern times, remuneration theory had a great development.The design on the remuneration system is a key part of the thesis. Introduce severaldecisive factors of the remuneration and remuneration diagnosis at first, and then it hasconfirmed the basic principle that the remuneration is designed, and then it analyzes thebasic procedure of the remuneration design in detail. Through the compare and studyingon remuneration system of internal and external in the article, it introduces respectivelyremuneration system of bank of China, Japan, U.S.A. and Singapore, and the advantageof the foreign banks is worth studying. At last in the article, through the case of a citycommercial bank, it analyzes status and problem of remuneration management of thecommercial bank, and expounds the whole ideas of remuneration innovation on citycommercial bank. It should carry on preparations in various fields before theremuneration reform, and discusses how to construct the manifold remuneration systemon city commercial bank. It introduces in particular the remuneration management to allkinds of the staff in the bank.The innovations in the article as follows:1.Summarizing the character and phylogeny of our city commercial bank.2.Compare and studying on remuneration system with banks of the developedcountries.3.Expounding the manifold remuneration system and applying procedure on ourcity commercial bank, and actually studying the situation of my company.
