| Quality control is not only the foundation for the existence and development of enterprises,but also the most competitive and the essential factor of companies.Quality control is the quality of command to coordinate their activities as a science.Its evolution has gone through three phases:quality test,stastics quality control and total quality control.Toyota total quality control is developed from the concepts of famous Dr. Deming, Toyota founder Mr Sakichi and Mr Kiichiro.The new theory include"policy management","day-to-day management"and"enhancing vitality".Manufacturing site for product is the most important aspect of quality.Toyota manufacturing site play a role as quality maitainning.Its idea manifestied mainly as the following three aspects:quality assurance within process , the next process is the customer and in place to prevent problems.All the quality activities and methods in the manufacturing site should be able to manage and maintain quality as the foundmental point.FAW Toyota (Changchun)Engine Co.,Ltd. is a new joint corporation by FAW and Toyota,which is manufacturing a completely new designing V6 engine.Nevertheless,it is difficult to carry out Toyota quality management in the manufacturing site because the following troubles:(1)the workers have less skills and awareness of quality.(2)the sino-Japanese staff grew in the different circumstance and background so that they have different views on the same issue,there is also communication barriers on both sides.(3)the systerm can not be continuously improved.(4)knowing less about equipment and products.Due to these limitations,site quality management rise to a number of problems,such as:(1)Frequent accurrence of quality problems coused by lacking of skills.(2)The issue feed back from customers can not find out real reason , even more to countermeasures.(3)quality information can not be delivered in time.To solve these problems , irstly , process should be put in order.Therefore,the method of quality control is being perfected.The curriculum vate of the entire process and the change-point management are adopted,which designed to find out the real reason easily.And it became a new mode for quality problems solving.The curriculum vate records resumes of the whole process so that the change-point can be traced back easily.Change-point management are four aspects:People impacting on the quality,equipments,materials and methods.The change-points of four aspects are focused on and recorded,whenever the problem happened,the number of parts and the time when happened could be find out.Through the above analysis, impact of creating a critical link in the effectiveness of the quality management system are :1. Abide by the rules of consciousness is the scene of the foundation for the effective operation of the Quality Management System.2. Site manager of the Quality Management System is recognized effective functioning of the security system.3.
