Along with the entrance to WTO, Competition among manufactures are furious in China .Optimizing and Rebuilding of manufacture logistics system are becoming the focus of many managers of manufacture corporation .simulation is a new technique to deal with a series of matters of manufacture logistics system. Many corporations have already used simulation technique to settle the matter of layout and rebuilding in manufacture logistics system oversea. But at home, the study seems a little lag, many supper corporations and universities or simulation consultation Co. cooperate and use simulation technique to settle problem in production logistics.In this article, we study the logistics system of manufacturer, we focus on plant in-house macroscopically logistics, that is logistics between workshop and workshop, entrance door and workshop. We use traditional logistics analysis technique and logistics system simulation technique to study and analysis logistics in facility layout of manufacturers. Such as:Chapter 1, we mainly expound the meaning and significance of facility layout and logistics analysis; expound the actuality and developing trend of facility layout and logistics analysis. In order to indicate the essential study we should take, at the same time we find out that logistics system simulation has gain some fruits, even though it start a little late.Chapter 2, we study the traditional logistics analysis technique SLP including it`s tools and chart. At last we summary it`s advantage and disadvantage, we found that modeling and simulating is a perfect means to deal with the disadvantage.Before we start the facility layout, we should study the producing arts and crafts; we can layout excellently only when we understand the producing arts and crafts. then we study the system layout plan (SLP) which contains many, such as: selecting position of plant,analysis of arts and crafts flow,logistics analysis,no logistics analysis,relativity analysis,interrelated area layout and so on. In this article, we emphases on logistics of SLP, such as: the basic concept of logistics,thecontent and technique of analysis,the tools which we used regularly and so on.Chapter 3, we study the Petri Net modeling and simulation method of logistics. in this chapter we study the analysis technique of logistics system, including logistics system modeling and simulation technique. We mainly introduce the logistics simulation soft, such as ExSpect.We study the principle and characteristics of the soft and so on.We have mentioned that simulation and modeling is a very important technique to analyze logistics of facility layout. Because the logistics system within a plant is disperse system, we introduce the modeling technique of disperse event logistics system, that is Petri. We establish a dynamic logistics system by OO Petri net and simulate it by ExSpect software.Chapter 4, in this chapter, we study the three-dimensional dynamic simulation of OO logistics system.We introduce the disperse affair system simulation theory. Including the classing,composing,constructing and basic step of disperse event system simulation.At the same time we also study three-dimensional logistics simulation software that is Flexsim. We study the basic module and modeling principle of that software, in order to make the model approach to the fact, we study the three-dimensional developing function of that software that is importing model and adjusting size.Firstly we collect a lot of practical data, filtering and abstracting the data, so we can use it in our study technique. The data include information that is needed in both traditional logistics analysis technique and logistics system simulation technique. Abstract the data in to the modeling language. Secondly we use three-dimension logistics simulation software Flexsim to analyze this case, establish three-dimension impacting model, and run the model to gain the final results, then we use the result to choose the project and optimize it. The basic step of logistics system modeling and emulating is : the aim of emulating,the basic flow chart of emulating,packing up and analyzing of data,abstracting and describing of model,carrying out of model and the secondly developing of three-dimension model. Finally we contrast and analyze the results of two techniques.Chapter 5, in this chapter we expound the study sum-up and prospect. According to the fact and shortage in the study, we sum-up the whole article and put forward the studying prospect of next step.The keystone and difficulty of this article is the study of logistics system simulation technique, and how to use the simulating software to model and emulate the fact. In this article we focus on the rebuilding facility layout problems of plant, analysis the internal logistics system.We use tradition SLP method and simulation method to study it, and the results of the two method are consistent, but simulation is straight and can provide more dates to decider.Most students are focus on the material flow in produce line, in this article we focus on the logistics of whole plant and mainly the study of macroscopically logistics.
