Knowledge Management Of The Manufacturing Enterprise Oriented Sustainable Development

Knowledge management theory regards knowledge as most important resource of enterprise. It is the strong motive that all kinds of enterprises meet knowledge economy challenge. The goal of enterprise's knowledge management is to realize the innovation and appreciation of knowledge, raise the adaptability to changes and innovation ability of enterprises through the knowledge innovation, realize the sustainable development of enterprises. Through three parts of knowledge chain, Knowledge management model and the assesse of knowledge management , this paper researched the knowledge management of the manufacturing enterprise based on the sustainable development.1. Based on the theory of value chain, this paper expound that the knowledge in the group lies in the activities of the value chain. And the knowledge out of the group lies in the human values, such as government, supplier, customers and so on. On the basis of the knowledge distribution, this paper expounded the knowledge chain model on the microcosmic and the macroscopic side.2. This paper propose the knowledge management pattern of three phases .The first stage is business study , including personal studying, group study and enterprise studying. The stage second is to build the knowledge map and propose the key knowledge map of the manufacturing enterprise;the third stage is to build the knowledge management system based on CIMS .3.This paper evaluate the knowledge management from three part: the income parts, the social parts, the knowledge of the sustainable development. And this paper gives the method: fuzzy hierarchy analysis.4.This paper propose a case of W motor corporation,and obtain the manufacturing industry inspiration about knowledge management.5.At last, this paper summarize the knowledge management mode of manufacturing enterprise facing sustainable development, have put forward the problem awaiting to be studied in the further.
