Research On Current Situation And Problems Of National Sci-Tech Human Resource

The topic of this thesis originates from The Government and Anhui Province statistics bureau's request topic, named "The analysis of situation and problems of national science and technology human resource", in 2006. This article first describes the present situation of the science and technology human resource in both the domestic and foreign countries.
