The Research On R&D Personel Performance Evaluation System Of Software Enterprise In Our Country

As the core of IT industry, the software enterprise developed rapidly.But most software enterprises in our country are still in early stage of development, the whole software industry is not mature enough. The efficiency and quality of the enterprise is related to the employee's performance. Objective, faire and effective performance evaluation is the important part of fulfilling efficient human resource management in software enterprises. So the performance evaluation of R&D personel in software enterprise play a key role in its human resource management. Because of the misunderstanding of the concept, purpose, meaning in the performance evaluation, it is easy to make mistakes which influence effectiveness of the performance evaluation. The Performance evaluation is not only related to the compensation, promotion, rewards and penalties of employers, but also determine the competition and development of the enterprise. So it's necessary to set up the Performance evaluation system, which is fit for the R&D employees of software enterprises. Anyhow, the practical performance evaluation is always the key points.At first, this article introduces the concepts related to performance evaluation, analyzes the characteristics of R&D personnel. On the base of the theory, combining BSC, 360 Degree Feedback, KPI, AHP and so on, we try to set up three evaluation index system of performance inspection for development manager, system tester, programmer in software enterprise, and put forward some suggestion of evaluation cycle, index weight and so on. At last, this article analyses the performance evaluation of KeAi company, and verify the validity of the performance evaluation system. The author expects that this article can supply software enterprises of our country with some beneficial reference.
