The Research On Human Capital Contribution Of Auto Industry

China's Automobile industry is an important pillar industry, it has made substantial development after a few years into WTO, however, there are still large gaps between it and the overall level and the advanced world level. Developing and strengthening China's independent brand cars still faces many disadvantages and difficulties, include capital, experience, brands, professionals, the development of human capital has the biggest strategic significance to the auto industry, so the auto industry should optimize the structure of production factors, enhancing human capital's contribution to the development of the auto industry was particularly important.On the basis of Human Capital theory and New Economic Growth theory, the paper first analyses human capital's development and the evolution of auto industry, describes human capital content, features and types of the auto industry and the status quo of China's automobile industry development; then summarizes and evaluates the human and material capital's measure theory in order to provide the theoretical base for empirical study; finally the paper uses the improved human capital externality model to estimate output elasticity and contribution ratio of China's Automobile industry's each factor with the panel data, subject to the basic conclusions the paper makes some suggestions on the China's auto industry development and human capital accumulation.
