Research On The Evaluation Of Enterprise Absorptive Capacity For High-Tech Industry Cluster

Absorptive capacity is a key concept in the field of the Organization study, Since 1990, It has been widely used by the academic community at home and abroad,and used to explain complex organizations phenomenon in the different areas. Yet, to date, the theoretical research and application of on the absorptive capacity has not been enough attention to the academic community. Meanwhile, in the background of knowledge-based global economy and high-tech industries development, Researches on high-tech enterprise's absorptive capacity have been gradually favored by foreign scholars from different countries. Through study on relevant theory , this thesis research on the factors of enterprise's absorptive capacity in high-tech industry clusters from the knowledge management and organizational learning perspective , and on the empirical.This thesis is divided into five parts :Chapter 1 is an introduction. This chapter explains the background , application , current domestic and international research on this topic. It also explains the study content and methods used .Chapter 2 is a research on enterprise's absorptive capacity based on the high-tech industry clusters and its formation mechanism .A summarize on the definition and characteristics of the high-tech industry cluster. Meanwhile ,the definition of enterprise's absorptive capacity .Again, a high-tech industry clusters unique knowledge spillover effect as a starting point, absorptive capacity of the business formation process divided into two stages , include the process of knowledge spillover from the knowledge sources and the process of knowledge is absorbed through enterprise's absorptive capacity.Chapter 3 is a research on the factors of enterprise's absorptive capacity based on the high-tech industry clusters. First, We combine the process of absorptive capacity formation , determine the enterprise as a basic analysis unit and research the factors of enterprise's absorptive capacity in high-tech industry cluster from the external and internal . Secondly , We mainly consider external knowledge sources and external social capital as the external factors of enterprise's absorptive capacity. Finally, We mainly consider internal social capital , person and organizational factors as the in ternal factors of enterprise's absorptive capacity.Chapter 4 is a research on the enterprise's absorptive capacity based on the high-tech industry clusters on the empirical. We constructed an enterprise's absorptive capacity in high-tech industry cluster evaluation index , we then use AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to identify the value of this index . Such index is used to represent the effects of external and internal factors on the enterprise's absorptive capacity in high-tech industry cluster . Especially , We evaluate the enterprise's absorptive capacity based on Changchun Software Park on the empirical.Chapter 5 is the research conclusion and direction in the future .
