"hard selling" of products has become China's rural economic development issues.How to make a good convergence from the closure ,scattered and small-scale agricultural production to the large market becomes effective solution to agricultural marketing, agricultural production restructuring, the growth of peasant incomes and many other issues, also is the current focus on building new socialist rural areas.In China's farm product circulation system, rural brokers are the specialized groups engaged in the business of the rural agricultural products. Almost all the business of the rural agricultural products in China's rural market are operating by Rural agents from rural farmers to market. Rural agents are the key link from farmers to the market in China's rural circulation system , to a certain extent, the trading of China's agricultural products are led by the rural brokers. Therefore, I believe that the problem of rural broker may be a breakthrough in the solution of the circulation of agricultural products.This paper is based on the position and role of the rural brokers in the development of China's rural economic, Connected with the embedded and network theory in economic sociology, and represents Qualitative research methods adopted by some certain selected cases. From the analysis of the inevitability, the role and the inadequate of the rural brokers, trying to present some suggestion on the problem of the rural brokers.In the surveying of the trading of the local agricultural products, I found that mistrust, difficulties of communicating between potential sellers and buyers, high transaction costs, low efficiency of the transaction in the local agricultural trading history once there has greatly restricted the development of the local economy.How to establish a stable and reliable trading relationship of trust, reduce transactions costs and increase the efficiency of the agricultural transaction? The embedded and network theory in economic Sociology provides a theoretical reference:Only the information and economic relations that embedded in the social structure, interpersonal networks are what economic activities prepared to accept in the real economic activities. Frequent interaction between people, the close link with each other increased economic activity reliability, predictability, and avoid the problems which may arise from transactions between those people who are unfamiliar with each other. In economic activities, the level of mutual trust is not the same. However, the relationship between the personal relations and mutual trust can effectively prevent damage to each other fraudulent acts arising. The power of personal relations provides a solid economic foundation for the normal operation of the economic system.In this paper, cases of groups of local rural brokers and gradually occupied a dominant position in agricultural trade has proved this point. Local rural brokers are separate from the rural farming and aquaculture industry and then into the flow field, They have a strong affinity with the local farmers, so they have a better and wide range of local interpersonal networks there, in agricultural transactions, After their intervention, farmers are apt to transfer the trust of brokers to who purchased, at the same time, the commission from the buyers lets the brokers aware of that a good cooperation with overseas buyers may bring them much more economic benefits, so they are glad to achieve more transactions.After several repetitive transactions, Whether farmers or buyers have gradually made brokers as the most credible key to the success of the transaction, Only through their involvement, the transaction may have greater reliability and predictability, and effectively to avoid the problems that may arise from the transactions that among strangers.The groups of rural brokers have an important role in the local agricultural trades and the regional economic development: establish a stable trading trust, safeguarding the market order in the region, to provide a long-term sustainable and stable regional agricultural marketing channels, to protect the economic benefits of the farmers; speed up the dissemination of market information, promote the optimization and readjustment of the structure of regional agricultural production; opens up a much broader external market, provide the necessary support from the market for the rural, industrial development of the regional economies.The role of rural brokers in the development of the local economy is obvious, but in the process of investigation, I found that This market-oriented rural brokers Similarly lot to be desired. Rural brokers'activities on the external market provides rural agricultural region with a smooth sales channels, however, the rural economy is the stage of rural brokers to display their abilities on. Only the healthy development of regional economy can ensure the smooth unfolding of brokers'activities and the brokers'grown up, ensure the overall economic interests of regional peasants. Therefore, the government should play its due status in the regional economic development functions.In this regard we try to put forward the two proposals: make full use of regional comparative advantages, provides kinds of supports for the scale and industrialization of regional economy.
