To make the developing strategy of modern corporation is a process. This process is base on the analysis of interior and exterior corporations'circumstance, then making a strategical goal and step in a proper way through selecting useful strategy analysis.The strategy of Hao Yue Group Co.,Ltd is based on the resource and ability which the corporation has own at present and the system analysis of weakness at present.From the basement above,making a full consideration about the effects which exterior circumstance gives to the corporation. In order to make a strategy, this paper will select a tool of SWOT Analysis and BCG Matrix Analysis.The whole process will list below:On the first chapter, this chapter will make a review of developing process of the corporation and trade circumstance. During 8 years, this corporation was awarded"Advanced Corporation of the Nation"by National Trade Committee and Agriculture department. On July 2005,Hao Yue Group Co.,Ltd was awarded as"One of Ten Salable Meat Brand of Three Green Project of the Nation",especially Hao Yue is the only beef product among the ten brands.At present,Hao Yue Group is one of the key farm produce machining industry in Jilin Province.And at the same time,it also a project of national debt in old industrial base in northeast of China. From the developing process of meat industry in the world,the consumption of beef are increasing.And the consumption of beef are increasing 5% every year in China, which will create more opportunities for Hao Yue.This paper will make a strategy of Hao Yue Group Co.,Ltd.From above,this paper will make a simple description of strategy development with"combination element picture of corporation strategy".On the second chapter,this chapter focus on exterior corporations'circumstance.It makes an analysis in four parts. They are international circumstance,domestic circumstance,trade circumstance and marketing circumstance.The reason to do this is because the corporation want to seize opportunity and avoid threaten.When in the year 2006,the national economic have got a great improvement.GDP have already reached 21 tril.RMB.And the increase rate have reached 10.7%. Foodstuff industry are grow fast and continuously, and industry benefit are increased. The beef consumption of average people in domestic consume market are increasing,especiall with the increase of income of city dweller and the potential of demand consumption.In recent years,beef output have already increased 479%.Meat foodstuff have changed a lot in international market,especially health meat protection(low fat,low salt,low sugar and high protein).The third chapter,it will make an analysis of interior resource in corporation and capability.Then making a stratagem on resource.Though reasonable collocation and amalgamation,the corporation will create a special ability.From produce technique and human resource sides we could see,the corporation cultivates numbers of skilled workers and technique personnel,which is guarantee of throughput and advantage in future competition.Howerer,the urgency of lacking cattle is also a problem,it need a suit of perfect measures to make sure the realization of market opportunity.On the forth chapter,on the basement of the an analysis of interior resource capability and exterior corporations'circumstance,selecting a developing strategy which could seize opportunity and take advantage for corporation through SWOT Analysis.In order to balance cash flux,the corporation will make a operation optimize combination from corporation operation and district market sides with BCG Matrix Analysis.The fifth chapter is based on the stratagy analysis, combining long-term goal of the corporation to make sure the future,task and value of the corporation.
