The circular economy is a mode of sustainable development advocating harmonious progress of resources, economy, environment, and society; it emphasizes on the use of clean production technology, integrating and efficiency utilization of resources and transformation of waste materials into useful stuff in order to reach thegoal of principle——"reduce, reuse and recycle". Coal enterprises are therepresentations of resource-based corporations. For a long term, the traditional pattern of exploiting and utilizing energy with the characters of "high exploitation, high discharge and low utilization", not only causes serious waste of resources and destruction to environment, but also is not able to satisfy the demand of economic development further and restrict the sustainable development of coal enterprises. So how to make out a developing route of resource saving and intensives is a strategic task. Changing the increasing mode of economy and developing circular economy are an inevitable choice for coal enterprises to explore a new industrial road.According to this dissertation, which insisting on combining theories with practices, quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and synthesizing use of system analysis, contrast, concluding and inducing, it brings forward the direction of developing eco-industrial park among coal enterprises based upon the theory and research on circular economy, especially the study and application in coal enterprises.This dissertation proceeds with investigations on economy, environment of Zikuang Group XuChang coal mine and from the perspective of circular economy and sustainable development, excavates the disadvantages of status in quo, the problems caused by traditional industries; and then probes into solutions combined with evaluations and analysis from the view of circular economy. At last, there also include some evaluations and expectations of constructing the developing mode of circular economy in mine district.The author thought that, The present stage our country has large population, the resources are relatively deficient, add the huge pressure which the economical fast development brings, must satisfy the sustainable energy supply which the economical development needs to face the quite big challenge. Recent year, our country energy rate of rise is lower than GDP the rate of rise, the energy enhances unceasingly using the efficiency, but, our country all could not withstand the present this high strength resources consumption and the environmental pollution in the resources storage quantity and environment load bearing these two aspects. This dissertation considers that coal mine areas could extend traditional industries reasonably with the help of circular economy, and in the light of principles of "3R" combine correlative industries, introduce into advanced technologies and conform the flow of production in order to reach the goal of clean production, effective use of resources and transformation of waste materials into useful stuff and construct eco-industrial park in coal mine areas according with requirements of circular economy. Thus causes our country's coal production to be more reasonable, enlarge the coal yield rate and the use factor, reduce the energy waste.
