A Study On The Defect And Corrective Actions In The ISO9000 System Of S Corporation

Establish the complete quality management system according to the standard of ISO9000, is a valid path that business enterprise enhance the quality manage, making management alignment regular to turn, standardize with the important means.Current the ISO9000 quality management system of many business enterprises all exist many problems and shortage. While establishing system, did not grasp the request and the spirit, did not combine with the actual management of the business enterprise. After passed audit, several years, all have no the emendation, perfect request over each process and procedures of the system. Many business enterprises although implement the request of the system of ISO9000 many years, did not make the system be in motion really, did not attain the anticipant result.This text was detailed first to analyze above many problems existed in the S company quality management system, analyzing the deep reason that these problems produced subsequently. According to these, I put forward countermeasure to improve S company quality system: 1 .In the aspects of quantity system request, the process that the quantity management system of S company should be covered have been identified again according to the actual circumstance of S company, have confirmed the range of the quality management system, make it clearly. In the document management procedure ,the defect that document review and update have no ruled have Revised and have make the supplementary rules that the quality record keeping period should be audit in internal examination. 2.In the aspects of management responsibility , aiming at the problem that management review of S company become formalistic, from three contents including the frequency of management review,the content of review and the output of review, the definite countermeasure have been presented. 3.In the aspects of resources management, the request in the abilities of all forty-sixty post are sumed up afresh ,the post standard of each post is established ,this is a good foundation for human resource management. Aiming at the ineffective problem in training, from the method of grasp training requirement primarily, the definite rectification countermeasure was put forward. 4. The quality plan management procedure was revised afresh and stipulated the request to plan how to manufacture product. 5. Aiming at the ineffective problem of the internal auditing course, from three contents including the frequency of internal auditing course, the ability of internal auditor, and the attitude of the high managers, the definite countermeasure is presented. It is neglected that in the S company data analysis to the characteristic and the trends of the process, so the thesis put forward the clear and definite and countermeasure.From this textual research, I hope to help S company to perfect their ISO9000 quality system, also hope to help other business enterprise to perfect quality system.
