In order for a business's survival and growth, heavy maintenance industry is in urgent need to establish and improve its quality management system in hopes of further raising products' reliability and competitiveness, doing its utmost to minimize product's quality issues, and providing a powerful guarantee for the safety and punctuality of railway transportation accordingly.This article according to my many years to be engaged in the locomotive overhaul technology, I has done beneficial research and discussion to the LAN ZHOU locomotive works quality control system implementation. Through uses the zero flaw management, the quality cost management, carries out the "5S" activity, and carries on the conformity with the environment management system and the occupation healthy security and the hygienic management system, Constructs the LAN ZHOU locomotive works quality control system. In this foundation, standard production process, strict control working procedure quality, strengthened enterprise quality interior verification, Guarantees the quality control system in effective movement, finally smoothly through quality control system authentication.
