Investigation Of The Establishment Of Quality Mangement System In MU Company

Product quality,as the life of a company and the fundamental for lasting competitiveness,has become the focus of corporate management.The implementation of ISO9000 series standard quality management system has generated positive impact on improving quality management,product quality and customer satisfactory.It has become internationally recognized quality management system valued with the promotion.In all product quality,the quality of military products has received special attention because of its uniqueness and importance of the object.Therefore,how to fully implement the ISO9000 standards civilian units for military support has become a powerful tool to enhance the guarantee ability of military product to meet the needs of national defense construction and the urgent needs of combat readiness.MU is the limited company of research and production of new materials and chemicals and a company principally engaged in aerospace,aviation,weapons and military support in areas such as materials development,production and services.In this paper,the establishment of quality management system in MU company was chosen as the topic of the present paper.Based on the analysis and summary of the establishment of ISO9000 series standard,its development,characteristics and the eight quality management principles, etc and the analysis of quality management problems in MU,the paper investigates how to build a quality management system that adapts to MU.Firstly,by analyzing the status of quality management in MU,a model quality management system was proposed that is suitable for the establishment of military support based on four processes of management responsibilities,resource management,product realization, monitoring and measurement.The effective management on a variety of input and output system configuration of management resources was deeply discussed. Secondly,we tentatively discussed the methods,procedures and to establish the company's quality management system and the approach to guarantee quality management,which includes to set clear quality policies and objectives,to build the internal organization of agencies in line with R & D strategy and clarify their responsibilities,authority,to allocate adequate and appropriate resources,to do a good job of summing up the development of product design,manufacturing and after-sales service delivery methods and procedures.Finally,through the effectiveness analysis of the establishment of quality management system,the paper further disclosed that the establishment of a scientific and appropriate quality management system is an effective means for the military support units to enhance the quality and to provide business-friendly and stable products to meet customer requirements.The paper aims,via the study of the establishment of the quality management system in MU,to help companies to improve management effectiveness,and with an effective quality management to ensure product quality,enhance customer satisfaction and enhance the competitiveness.It is also hoped to provide useful lessons for other enterprises that engaged in military support to establish a quality management system.
