| Along with the fast developments of social science and technology and global integration of economies, Chinese testing laboratories rapidly strengthened their ratifying authority, and the ratifications had entered into a reciprocal recognition internationally. However, fiercer competitions operation of a quality management system based on the principle of conformity wity worldly universal criteria, in order to ensure a global testing service in a scientific, just, efficient and exact way.Upon a summary of the related theories, the thesis analyses the criteria stipulated in the General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories under ISO/IEC 17025:2005, and in view of the existing condition of Jiangsu Provincial Fibres Testing Institute,designs a quality management system based on the ISO/IEC 17025:2005 criteria, estimates the running status of this designed system, and puts forward improvement suggestions in accordance to the expected running status, thus is expected to have a reference value to some extent for the establishment and improvement of a quality management system for a testing laboratory. |
