The scientific and effective Estimation on Venture Capital project has been accepted as the preliminary condition in Venture Capital operation process. It is the key prerequisite and base for successful operating Venture Capital project and it is the radical guarantee to high qualitative operating Venture Capital project for Venture Capital enterprise.The foundation of American Research and Development Corporation (ARD) was the symbol of the birth of modern Venture Capital in 1946.In 1974, Wells start the research on Venture Capital project estimation.The key to success lies in the set - up of scientific estimation index system. Based on this index system, it is proposed to design scientific, systematic, applied model for Venture Capital, and design different important estimate contents of Venture Capital enterprises in different phases, such model can accurate measure risk and value of Venture Capital project.Based on Modern Information Economics, cooperate governance and motivation theory, I analyze Information Asymmetry in trade; evaluate affect on Venture Capital project estimation of investors, entrepreneurs and environment.The aim of this thesis is to satisfy the need of Jiaying Company Venture Capital operation. According to the ripe operation experience in foreign countries and in China, based on late theory research of world, and thought about real condition of China, in order to trait and operation need of Jiaying company, the thesis research and establish some key factors (such as people, market, management, technology and etc.) of influencing the Venture Capital project estimate. The thesis establish Jiaying company venture capital project estimate index system including 88 estimation indexes, advance a method of two levels working, investment strategy, and Venture Capital project estimate operation process of Jiaying company. It also tries to analyze how to appraise by quantification. Meanwhile the different important evaluation contents and appraising procedures of Venture Capital project in different stages for Jiaying Company is put forward.
