The digitized 360 degrees feedbacks are one kind of highly effective way of achievements management which main aim are staffs feedbacks, and are effective means which can solve many problems in our human resources management process of state-owned country of monopoly enterprise. Based on achievements management information systems of 360 degree feedbacks, this paper has emphatically studied the digitized 360 degree feedbacks' structures and its feedbacks way to feeds back the valid influence. Through unified the enterprise case the concrete realization process and the realization way have been carried on discussion to the digitized 360 degrees feedbacks in our country state-owned monopoly enterprise.This paper indicated that, in our country state-owned monopoly enterprise, take the higher authority, the colleague as the appraisal source 360 degrees feedbacks as well as take the higher authority, the colleague and the subordinate compares as the appraisal source 360 degrees feedbacks in other structure 360 degrees feedbacks is easier to receive commenting to accept, thus produces the good results. But speaking of the feedback way, the written feedback way and the oral feedback way to receive the commenting manner the influence not obvious difference. In this foundation, this article unifies Our country State-owned Monopoly Enterprise the actual situation, has designed based on 360 degree feedback achievements management information systems, in the system, this article further expanded 360 degree feedback structures, will receive the commenting daily work information to integrate to 360 degrees feedbacks in, has obtained the good effect in the actual utilization.
