In the recent 20 years, high tech enterprise has developed rapidly, taking the information technology and the biological technology as its representative, and have formed a technical innovation tidal current. As the main body of the technical innovation, the high tech enterprise's staffs influence on the enterprise competitive advantage growing day by day, and become the fountainhead of the enterprise innovation. The effective development of high tech enterprise staffs becomes the basic power of the enterprise's development. Then, the problem how the high tech enterprise carries on the achievements management to the staff is precisely the key point of this selected topic research. Although the academic circle has conducted many researches to the achievements management, the very few people have carried the analysis system on the achievements of employees in high tech enterprise .The dissertation embarks from the modern achievements management concept, and centers on the achievements management system to launch the elaboration; on the base of the discussion in the development and the design of achievements management system, emphatically it discusses the achievements appraisal indicator, the achievements management method, as well as the achievements management implementation and monitoring. Through the comparison of the achievements management method, the dissertation proposes the high tech enterprise's employees achievements management strategy which bases on the concrete enterprise environment and the characteristic, embarks from the needs of high tech enterprise's own strategy, carefully screens and analyzes each kind of the characteristic of achievements management core flow technology, flexibly conformities each kind of technology, creatively develops its employees achievements management system suiting the enterprise.Firstly the dissertation studies the particularity of employees in the high tech enterprise achievements management. Then in view of the question of present high tech enterprise in our country, which exists in the achievements management, it proposes the achievements management method of the high tech enterprise. In this foundation, the dissertation discusses the implementation strategy of the high tech enterprise achievements management, and summarizes several questions which must be paid attention on when the high tech enterprise implements its achievements management system.Finally combining the practice of a high tech equipment limited company, this dissertation has carried on the case analysis. The dissertation has provided the design and the implementation plan of this company's employees achievements management system, and put forward the proposal for the use of the achievements inspection result.
