Then in view of the question of present high tech enterprise in our country, which exists in the achievements management, it proposes the achievements management method of the high tech enterprise. In this foundation, the dissertation discusses the implementation strategy of the high tech enterprise achievements management, and summarizes several questions which must be paid attention on when the high tech enterprise implements its achievements management system.Finally combining the practice of a high tech equipment limited company, this dissertation has carried on the case analysis. The dissertation has provided the design and the implementation plan of this company's employees achievements management system, and put forward the proposal for the use of the achievements inspection result.
