Rural-urban integration is the most important matter of urbanism, the necessary act to build up a harmonious society. Before, in order to solve the duality problem between urban and rural, to reduce the difference between them, emphasize unilaterally the development of city or rural, separate the relation between city and rural. If never consider the problem band together, we can't solve the problem drastically. Rural-urban integration is not only a systemic thing, but also a long-term thing and should do step by step, it refers to many aspect, including economy,society, culture and environment and so on. Recently, not all the areas in China have the conditions to facilitate the rural-urban integration. Some areas owned their enterprises belong to villages and towns or closed to the market and have convenient traffic; these areas are more qualified to facilitate the rural-urban integration. But remote rural areas because of far from the center of city and the market are hard to attract investment. So the levels of economic development and the incomes of finance in remote rural areas are low-lying. In this condition, there is a long way to go to change the laggard state, for remote rural areas.Peri-urban is an area intervenes between city and country. Under the function of globalization and local strength, peri-urban's secondary industry and tertiary industry develop very well and people move in for low doorsill. To facilitate the rural-urban integration in peri-urban is more significative. For intervenes between city and country, peri-urban have a base of development of economic. Industrialization of agriculture and the development of private enterprise will facilitate the rural-urban integration. Otherwise, the development of peri-urban may drive the development of remote rural area, and then make the development of rural-urban integration step by step.Chengdu is the metropolis in western China. Xinjin country is a outer peri-urban in south Chengdou. In this paper, Xinjin country as a case, to analyze the rural-urban integration actuality of peri-urban, rural-urban integration's dynamics and policy analyses in the rural-urban integration of peri-urban.
