There are more and more domestic and international academic researchers study in academic circles about the evaluation of corporate performance and get a series of achievements. Many scholars carried on an extensive research from the different perspective with the different professional knowledge and methods, and have achieved fruitful results. However, the author introduce a performance evaluation system of enterprise group, which is fewer.The author elaborates the EVA theories and the performance evaluation theories, and analyzes the problems in performance evaluation of enterprise group. Based on Enterprise Group EVA as a performance evaluation index, the group subsidiaries have a common goal so as to avoid targets conflict of diversification objectives "traditional" management control system adopted. If the enterprise group adopts single EVA performance evaluation index, each subsidiary of group will tend to use a new way of organization and management which is channeled off by corporation, strengthen the cohesion power of the organization, and improve the efficiency and accomplishment of the organization, in order to carry out common goal. According to the principal-agent theory, motivation theory, control theory, behavioral science theory, EVA theory, the Performance Evaluation System is established. According to the characteristics of the complexity, the performance evaluation of enterprise group is divided into three aspects. First, in order to maximize the shareholder wealth, the business enterprise group is evaluated; Adoption EVA index sign in this layer, the group subsidiaries have a common goal, and it is beneficial to investment decision. For example, the manager increases the investment in the management to raise the income of the assets; If the incomes of investment item is low in the standard, it is stopped. Second, adopting EVA index, each subsidiary is evaluated to solve the conflict of the target of each subsidiary with the whole target consistency. Third, the department function of the subsidiary is evaluated. Thus, adoption EVA index sign in this layer, the group subsidiaries have a common goal. And the unconventional thinking provides to the manager making decision after exemplifying the feasibility and practicability of model, which is bounded to give the hand to the management practices.
