Based on Enterprise Group EVA as a performance evaluation index, the group subsidiaries have a common goal so as to avoid targets conflict of diversification objectives "traditional" management control system adopted. If the enterprise group adopts single EVA performance evaluation index, each subsidiary of group will tend to use a new way of organization and management which is channeled off by corporation, strengthen the cohesion power of the organization, and improve the efficiency and accomplishment of the organization, in order to carry out common goal. According to the principal-agent theory, motivation theory, control theory, behavioral science theory, EVA theory, the Performance Evaluation System is established. According to the characteristics of the complexity, the performance evaluation of enterprise group is divided into three aspects.
