Research On The Integration And Quasi-integration Decision-making Of Production System

Since 1980s, the tide of globalization has wept every market all over the world, it become difficult for an enterprise to compete only on its resources and strength. The integration and quasi integration of the production system has provided a new method for enterprises to optimize their resource's structure and enhance the core competition. But at the same time, it also brought risks and hidden defects to the enterprise even to the country. How to manage the branches; how to establish the form of the enterprise's organization; how to coordinate different production systems; these are all the urgent problems need to be solved. In the past most studies about the production system and enterprise's strategy are only from a sole enterprise or a federal union; there are very few studies that can keep track of the latest information developments and use the trade transaction costs theory to put forward some useful schemes for the trans-regional and inter-industry's integration and quasi-integration.In this thesis, the inner production system's integration and the inter production system's quasi-integration of the enterprise is treated as the object of study. We intent to reveal: the reason for the enterprise's different choice about the integration form; how to choose the form of the integration and how to come to quasi-integration among enterprises. Firstly, three styles about the enterprise's degree of integration is presented, they are the subsidiary company, simple integration and combined integration, and the degree of the integration is ascending among these styles; as far as the integration degree of the three styles, the integration structure is divided into three kinds: autonomous structure, region limited coordination structure and network structure. The choice about the structure of the enterprise's inner integration is intent to realize the degree of the integration and to minimize the exchange cost. In this thesis, the proprietary of the assets, the uncertainty and the frequency of the inner exchange are used to describe the structure's choice of the enterprise's inner production system's integration. Secondly, this thesis has analyzed the characteristics of production system's quasi-integration, and then has brought up the principle about the quasi-integration decision-making. On this base, the solution about the quasi-integration, the network structure, the software structure and the database structure were chosen. At last, an exemplification was given. The study in this thesis not only develops the present theories, but also be very meaningful to the domestic enterprise's operation.
