From the study of FIOC M&Aintegration and the analysis of the problems,weproposesomeadvicestolaterM&Aintegration.On the basis of integration theories and the practice of FIOC, we put forwards theproblems of HR integration, cultural integration, lack of international talented person, publicrelation of government, media public relation and propaganda and support of our nation.. Weanalyze the practice of FIOC from strategy integration, organization integration, culturalintegration,HRintegrationandfinanceintegration, andanalyzethemeasuresofoilmarketingand production combined the characteristics.
