As the development of international strategy of petroleum companies and theimprovement of strength, M&A becomes an important way of overseas investment. Nativepetroleum companies grope to M&A, but the study mostly focused on how to succeed inM&Aandlessinintegration.FIOCM&AisthefirstprojectofSINOPEC.Duringtheprocessof integration, there are common characteristics in international M&A as well as particularcharacteristics of resource companies. Additional, Kazakhstan is very important in China'senergy strategy. From the study of FIOC M&Aintegration and the analysis of the problems,weproposesomeadvicestolaterM&Aintegration.On the basis of integration theories and the practice of FIOC, we put forwards theproblems of HR integration, cultural integration, lack of international talented person, publicrelation of government, media public relation and propaganda and support of our nation.. Weanalyze the practice of FIOC from strategy integration, organization integration, culturalintegration,HRintegrationandfinanceintegration, andanalyzethemeasuresofoilmarketingand production combined the characteristics. Then we generalize as the system of internalintegration.Asanalyzingthesystemofinternalintegration,webuildtheexternalsystem fromnation,generalcompanyandM&Acompanydimensionsinordertoguaranteetheintegration.From analyzing we propose somefurther improvedproposal in the light of the problems andhelp laterpetroleumM&Aintegration.
