With development of global economic integration , scientifically planning,systematically designing and wholly controlling have been becoming principle of modern logistics development, it is also a prerequisite which is sustainable development of the regional economy. As the relatively backward western region, which realizes ones of the constant improvement of great-leap-forward industries development,constant promotion of people's living standards and development of whole economy, it must develop the logistics material platform and logistics information platform , develop the third party logistics with excavating the third profit source, promote the integrating of west and east which developed regional economy. Therefore, as the large-scale logistics enterprise in the west, it is very essential that the study which A Co. celebrates the modern logistics development.This text has introduced the modern logistics theory at first, domestic and international current situation of logistics development and A Co. environment and management of current situation and existing problems, on this basis , utilized SWOT analysis tool to analysis A Co. advantages,disadvantages and chances,threats. The result of study is found: the advantages is greater than disadvantages, the chances is better than threats. Therefore, it is very essential that accelerating development of the company, making great efforts to improve one's own competitiveness.According to the current situation of A Co., it is very essential that strengthen the construction of the enterprise's two respects of hardware and software. According to strategy, A Co. plans to structure the modern logistics platform, including the logistics material platform and the logistics information platform. On this basis, A Co. have put forward three kinds of following the comparatively intact logistics scheme:(1) the logistics material scheme. Including storage scheme and logistics pivot scheme.(2) the logistics information scheme. The scheme is divided into five subsystems mainly, namely transport business system, trade business system, goods business system, storage administration system and network security system.(3) The third party logistics combining scheme.The thesis put forward some suggestions in the course of implementing of the scheme finally.Through implement logistics the above develop schemes , it comes up to the purpose which raising enterprise's benefit, forming the large-scale production, promoting the competitive power of enterprise's market , guaranteeing enterprise sustainable development.
