The Research Of Plan And Method About Primary And Secondary Separation Of YinHe Elec.power Aggregation

The researching target of my thesis is YinHe elec.power aggregation which is a poly-aggregation subject to a elec.power company in Shannxi. According to the reform of elec.power and "The suggestion of primary and secondary separation reform in elec.power" .All the organizations should positively carry out the task of primary and secondary separation.At first, author deeply analyzes the current situation of this enterprise and environment outside through researching the background and policy about primary and secondary separation in elec.power industry, and together with other samples at home and abroad. Then, according to the policy of national reform, this paper makes out the reform plan and method about enterprise primary and secondary separation such as assets recombining,personnel recombining and so on . Meanwhile, analyzes the problems may appear in the process of reform and point out some method which should be considered.At last, this thesis make the conclusion: YinHe elec.power aggregation must follow "YinHe strategy" and put developing the north of Shannxi at first place, the development of high technology in elec.power,house property and physical education at the second place. The purpose is to build a modern enterprise system which lead by market and aim to make the largest interest. Meanwhile, this thesis hopes to provide valuable suggestion for other enterprises who want to take primary and secondary separation.
