Research On Integrated Development Of The Primary Secondary And Tertiary Industry Of Rural Area In Jilin

The integration of the three major industries is based on the primary industry,with a variety of business methods for the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries to achieve agricultural industry chain extension for more added value.The promotion of the development and integration of the three major industries plays an important role in broadening the revenue sources of the farmers,building the modern agricultural production system,and is also a critical way to promote agricultural modernization.At present,the agricultural implementation is the extension mode of growth,which increases the input of production factors and causes great waste to the resources,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of agriculture.Therefore,the promotion of the three industries integration can enable the comprehensive development of agricultural industry with increasing social benefits as well as farmers' income,establishing a benefit-linked mechanism for added benefits.As an important commodity grain base in China,Jilin Province has a pivotal position in agriculture.However,lots of problems remain to be solved for sustainable and long-term development during the transformation of agricultural modernization.The development of three industries integration is indispensable to promote structural reforms on agricultural supply,an important choice for broadening the income-increasing channels of farmers.The current situation and existing problems of rural integration in Jilin Province are illustrated based on the analysis of the integration situation from existing literature and the coordinated development theory of the three industries,the interpretation of the current situation and classic form of the three industries in Jilin Province,the illustration of the integration background and typical mode of rural industry.Through the analysis and reference of classic cases in typical countries and localities,the understanding and discussion of industrial coordination,the actual conditions and existing problems in the integration of the three industries in Jilin Province are further demonstrated.This article puts forward certain relevant suggestions on the role of the Jilin provincial government in promoting the development of the three industries integration,which facilitates the local government better implementing the national policies and playing a functional role,and enriches the theoretical research on the three industries integration in rural areas.
