Study On Xi'an Airport Freight Competitive Strategy

Xi'an xianyang international airport as the biggest airport in northwest China, because of the idea of "passenger first" as well as Shaanxi region economy, make the airport freight development seriously lagged. How to greatly improve the airport's cargo and post turnover, the airport authority has been basically established its own development ideas, but the lack of strategic thinking from the competition, which would greatly restricted the airport's future development. Therefore, the research will have some practical significance.In this paper, with the theory of competitive strategy, using statistical tools, comparative analysis, case studies, PEST analysis, industry competition analysis and SWOT analysis method, study for the development of the air cargo business in the internal conditions and external environment for the conduct of a systematic analysis and suggested freight business competitive strategy—differentiation strategy.
