With the rapid increase of national economic incomes and gradually raised of global temperatures.Because of the high temperature weather in the summer of 2016,residents' demand for air-conditioning has increased dramatically,so many air-conditioning enterprises being on the ropes have been saved.We can think that the destiny of these enterprise depends on the weather.However,how to make long-term stable development,and how to guide residents to buy in advance,and how to find a suitable and effective method for air conditioning product strategic planning,which are a very important research subject for theorists and practitioners.In this paper,based on the company's technology roadmap and analysis of the environment and market positioning for technology platform and combination of strategic planning tools,the method of air conditioning enterprise product strategy planning can be determined,and further carry on this research.From analysis the macro environment such as laws,regulations and policies of HH company to analysis its air conditioning products,combined with its strategic,users demand survey and main competitive enterprises in industry,four kinds of products strategic planning were given in this paper.As the combination of HH company product strategic planning and evaluation factors,hierarchy process model is used for confirming the method of air conditioning enterprise product strategy planning,which has been researched empirically.The above content makes this paper not only having a certain theoretical depth,but also being more practical operability.
