Research On Demand And Supply Of Old-Age Supporting Resource In China's Rural Area

The development of urbanization and industrialization of our country has brought the results of two aspects. One hand, the national economy under population bonus advances quickly; another hand, aging of population gradually appears. Birth control policy urges that our country have untimely entered old-aged society. The phenomenon that old without rich is our country' representative characteristic. At the same time, because our country is a developing country, society economy binary structure characteristic outstandingly behavior in the aspect of the rural economy which falls behind city's. Rural area's population in our country accounts for 70% of the whole nation's population. Rural area gives first place to agricultural economy which economic growth and income increase both greatly behind city and town. But, with the propulsion of urbanization and industrialization, large amount of rural youth flow from rural area to city and town. It leads to the level of aging of population in fact higher than city and town's. Under the situation that economic growth falls behind comparatively, the aged problem in the rural becomes one of the big difficult problems of the old-aged security in our country.This article based on the analyzing the situation about aging of population in our country, it carries out a boundary on to the old-age supporting resource. The old-aged supporting resource is what the main body owns that can brought all actual effective resource to the occupation of the supporting resource. Old-aged supporting resource has done various classifications according to the different standards. On the basis of fixing the connotation and boundary about the old-aged supporting resource, author expounds detailedly the current situation of the resource in our rural area. The old-aged supporting resource in rural area need includes economy mainly enshrining and worshiping resource , life giving consideration to resource and the spirit comfort resource. The need for object resource in the need of the enshrining and worshiping resource is taken up a bigger ratio. Since social population moves aggravatly, the position of old-aged service resource prompted increasingly in the old-aged service resource system. For the supply of old-aged resource, in rural area there are five subjects who support the resource.such as oneself , family , community government and marketplace.One's accumulation of resource is insufficient and family's supply of resource reduces gradually;The community and government's supply is only nominal ;The marketplace has not improved .All these reason brought about the supply of old-aged suporting resource insufficiently.It is difficult to satisfy the needs of old-aged in China rural area.After analysising the demand and supply of old-aged supporting resource, author finds that the contradiction of demand and supply not only show in the field of quantity , but also in the structural field. For this purpose, the author thinks that the key of resolving imbalance between supply and demand lies in clearing the responsibility,optimizing the supply structure,choosing rational old-aged supporting system and making full use of the resource.The old-aged supporting system must be supported by the resource ,otherwise it will not work as propping up. According to the analytical framework, the author is commented on the aged ensuring pattern and suggests the supporting system of resource that ensures the rural old-aged supporting system run stablely.
