With the development of economy in the world, food safety has been one of the hottest questions and more and more people begin to concern about it. HACCP system is a kind of protective system that can avoid potential hazard. Chinese government should make good use of this system to move up food safety management level.HACCP system is the abbreviation for "Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point", which can ensure food safety and prevent all kinds of hazards from happening. The system includes 7 principles. To apply HACCP into food saftety management, an applicating framework must be set up first. Until now the most used framework was the one with foucs on HACCP certification and verification. After analynizing this framenwork we drew a conclusion that it was not suitable for most food company today. So a new framework was put forward in this paper, namely the framework with the purpose of popurization of HACCP theory. And the framework was practised to prove its feasibility.Though HACCP system as a new management mode is not perfect, it is significant and helpful to apply HACCP into food safety management.
